上背兩肩之間暈痛

病患者女 - 62歲

醫生好,本人近一年來除了兼職返工,便是在家照顧父親…而最近三.四個月,早上瞓醒時,背後兩肩胛骨中間肌肉有暈暈痛痛的感覺,半日時間才會轉好,但兩手就容易麻痹和手凍.想請問這是什麼問題?應該睇邊一科?又或者我衹需改變什麼動作便可以改善!
