腳部傷口久久不治癒

病患者男 - 62歲

本人爸爸有高血壓，但無糖尿病
腳部有靜脈曲張問題
腳掌至腳眼附近位置有大遍瘀黑
而且有傷口，看過家庭醫生及洗傷口
但傷口一直未能治癒
應該如何處理？
或者應該睇那範疇的專科醫生？
