恐懼症

病患者男 - 27歲

你好我懷疑自己有社交恐懼症，獨自搭公共交通工具，人多就會緊張，呼吸急速，流汗，頭腦一片空白。咁多年可以逃避朋友嘅社交場合都盡量會選擇逃避。但跟相熟朋友一齊就唔會有以上狀況，因驚食精神科藥物後會渾渾噩噩，持續多年未敢面對。

如今覺得非常影響我工作及生活, 希望得到醫生意見
