呢一年長期瞓覺天一光突然扎醒、然後一直標汗成個人好熱，然後瞓唔着、起身第一時間睇電話害怕有突發搵我、加上瞓覺嘅時間長期失眠。諗工事、加上長期頭痛，
精神狀態越嚟越差、好容易好攰。
好容易有脾氣、同埋負面情緒好勁
