子宮肌瘤

病患者女 - 41歲

醫生你好！本人41歲，2月尾發現一粒8cm子宮肌瘤排左睇公立醫生建議子宮和卵巢一齊切除想問下有冇必要咁做？如果私家做手術大約幾錢同埋只切肌瘤可以嗎？
