墨脫落再生

病患者男 - 31歲

醫生您好，曾經問過運動後生的「墨」脫落，但之後隔了約半年又再生，大小都係1-2mm。最近一次做完運動，那粒「墨」又連同死皮一同脫落。需要特別注意嗎？
