囊腫型暗瘡

病患者女 - 27歲

鼻附近生咗粒好大嘅囊腫型暗瘡，持續了一星期，早幾年亦有同樣情況。請問注射類固醇(俗稱痘痘針)能否有效消除？曾服用抗生素無效，有什麼方法可以快速消除？
