我是不是患上猩紅熱?

近日發現自己身上多處長滿粒粒.而且十分痕,
令每晚都失眠,起初以為自己俾虫咬
所以大清潔一輪.但情況不但沒有改善,更曼廷到股,胸等...我這2天更生病了.傷風咳好辛苦=(我最近更聽聞猩紅熱與我的情況相似,我是不是患上猩紅熱?
