我家人患有中風和aspiration pneumonia吸入性肺炎，醫生給他用了很強的抗生素 Meropenem和Tygacil 治療肺炎和考慮氣管切開手術

只是想知道，如果身體對Meropenem 和Tygacil產生抗藥性，還有沒有更強的抗生素，不知道目前世界上對付aspiration pneumonia最強的抗生素是什麼？
