包皮發炎

本人包皮發炎幾天, 發覺包皮收縮了, 想挬起時龜頭申不到出來, 都是給卡住了, 包皮收縮了部份感到痛楚。

請問是有什麼問題? 應找皮膚科醫生或是找泌尿科醫生?
