臉部凹陷

請問有沒有什麼醫學美容療程或針劑可以幫助鬆弛而又下陷的臉容？因為臉部脂肪不多，以往做hifu後可能脂肪被溶掉，臉部顯得更凹陷，如果做thermage會把臉部脂肪溶掉嗎？還是要做到拉面皮手術？
