膽固醇（心臟病風險）

去年12月有一次心跳快，唞唔到氣去咗睇家庭醫生，照左個心電圖話冇事，佢懷疑我係驚恐發作，但之後我做埋身體檢查，發覺我膽固醇超標（總膽固醇6.6mmol/L,低密度膽固醇4.71mmol/L)，我想問下洗唔洗做further check? 有陣時我都分唔清係焦慮緊，定係個心有事搞到心口唔舒服心跳快…
