右上胸痛被告知只患了心臟病

您好，
我的右上胸痛被告知只患了心臟病，吃藥後更加痛，醫生+止痛藥，再痛，醫生+ 胃藥，還是痛。

前天我去看醫生，醫生➕吃悧底丸

我問醫生我能否接種新冠疫苗，醫生說下月底看決定你心臟病的醫生。

我好鬱悶。
