焦慮自律神經失調

Hi 醫生
我常常覺得心口緊，頭脹，耳有塞感，氣短/氣喘，好似呼吸困難，做過全身檢查，全部正常。但晚上訓著覺時又無不適感，但一紮醒就又呼吸困難/氣喘，請問會否是焦慮症狀
