8月開始胃唔舒服，10月照胃鏡，報告顯示以下問題：
The pyloric and body gastric mucosa shows foveolar hyperplasia with marked acute on moderate chronic inflammation and large numbers of Helicobacter. Moderate antral intestinal metaplasia is seen. There is no dysplasia or evidence of malignancy.
請問報告中既小凹增生是屬於非典型增生嗎？中度腸化可以逆轉嗎？知道報告後好擔心、好困擾

“foveolar hyperplasia” 這個是病理學上解讀不重要。
主要問題是：
1）需要服用一個療程的殺幽門螺旋桿菌藥
2）中度嚴重腸化生性變化（增加胃癌風險但一般5-15年，每年風險率0.06%）；故建議服用1）的療程后要継續服胃特效藥6-9個月之後胃鏡+抽組織檢查。
主要問題是：
1）需要服用一個療程的殺幽門螺旋桿菌藥
2）中度嚴重腸化生性變化（增加胃癌風險但一般5-15年，每年風險率0.06%）；故建議服用1）的療程后要継續服胃特效藥6-9個月之後胃鏡+抽組織檢查。
