懷疑臉上有蟎蟲

病患者女 - 32歲

鼻一直發紅有十多年，此時已經有大幅度改善，不油，毛孔遠看不察覺，但是發紅方面，還未完全康復，特別是遇熱後 （如洗面），會整個鼻頭發紅。

我懷疑臉上有過多蟎蟲，可自行用舒立達治療嗎？
