尿流速測試

病患者男 - 40歲

因成日等7-9秒先有小便，做了個流速測試，平均是8.6/ml /S 最大值是14.1 ，膀胱剩尿量是36ml 請問是否嚴重？醫生就話好輕微，無藥食
