幫媽媽問

媽媽今年84歲，有高血壓，在聖母醫院看老人科，後來可以在私家診所取藥，私家診所的醫生幫她驗血，報告出來說她腎臟有問題，叫她去醫院排期，聖母排期一年，我不知道是否需找醫生為她跟進，驗血報告內容很簡，單只有兩項：Creatinine 86，Blood glu 65
煩請譚醫生給點意見，現在我該怎樣做呢？
