臀部坐印

病患者男 - 40歲

醫生你好，本人因讀書時代已開始長期坐硬板椅，到了投身社會又長期於辦公室坐下工作，導致臀部兩邊出現深色坐印，皮膚粗糙，非常不美觀。請問以上問題可以怎樣治療呢？是否做彩光治療就可以改善呢？ 謝謝解答。
