頸性眩暈

病患者女 - 41歲

2015年有一天突然天旋地轉又暈又嘔，自哪天起便每天都感到頭暈，已照心臟CT ，腦MRI，看耳鼻喉及脊醫仍找不到原因，現在頸膊位置長期痛及有時带有頭痛，非常疲弱，請問這頭暈情況會否是頸性眩暈？可做些甚麼檢查？謝謝
