兩胸之間的痛

最近兩三個星期開始經常係咁，以前只係間唔中先有，兩胸中間的位置，每當吸氣吸到最盡時會痛，呼氣呼到最盡時會痛，將胸兩邊向前屈會痛，向後拉又會痛。
出現胸痛之前我沒有咳及肺炎的，唔知會係咩事呢?
