皮膚損傷問題

病患者女 - 57歲

醫生你好!

本人因肛門位置感痛不適, 外科醫生檢查後, 沒有肛裂, 而是在6及7點處, 出現皮膚表損, 所以每當大便及洗澡完, 用水輕洗過後, 便深感皮膚痛楚不安.

請問我需否看皮膚科醫生作處理及跟進呢? 望早點回覆!
