手指尾第二節關節痛

病患者女 - 55歲

右手手指尾第二節關節，咁替指甲的那一節，從2020年11月25號開始痛，彎曲比左手明顯，但不知道是否正常，並食消炎丸食下停下到現在還是痛。睇過政府醫生，詢問是類風濕關節炎嗎？醫生說沒有腫漲，不似類風濕關節炎。直到現在我的狀況沒有好轉。請問我應該看什麼醫生和做什麼檢查。謝謝
