避孕藥

你好，醫生
我想問避孕藥是否一定要在月經期間開始食第一粒？
如果不是在月經期間開始食第一粒，會唔會有咩負作用或者影響藥效？
我第一次食避孕藥，前天以為自己是月經第一天，所以食了第一粒，但去到昨天，食左第二粒，才發現其實月經還末到，我現在應該繼續食第三粒，還是要暫停？
