停打避孕針後月經奇怪

你好醫生，於九月頭本身要打的避孕針忘了打，故此乾脆不再打了。第一次打針是2017年3月左右，一直打到今年八月，每月打一針。停針後去到11月中才嚟M，對上一次是八月。但是12月1號又突然來M，直到現在已經第十天了仍然有血，請問是否正常？是荷爾蒙失調嗎？
