非淋

一個月前感染非淋 食左7日doxycycline 100mg，但一個月後仍然尿道刺痛，尿多的問題，腰左右兩邊痛，左邊睾丸少少赤痛。陰莖早上還有少量透明液體流出。
但再檢查小便冇細菌，冇衣原體
係咪要再食抗生素？
定係前列缐發炎？
