子宮肌瘤12cm

范醫生你好，本人今年33歲，上星期檢查時發現子宮有一粒約12cm 的肌瘤，由於個子宮肌瘤太大，壓住咗兩邊輸尿管，引起膀胱發炎、腰痛同血尿，醫生話我的情況要保留子宮，只能開大刀，所以想尋求范醫生的意見，12cm大的子宮肌瘤可否用微創方式進行？感謝🙏🏻
