無尿意/尿意弱

醫生你好，我至8月底起常常感受不到尿意，很多時候即使尿量很多都沒有急尿感/很弱，通常是覺得膀胱位脹住有不適感（有時會想嘔吐）便去小便。而很多時候都要等10-20秒才能排出，但沒有痛。曾驗過小便和做腹部超聲波檢查均沒有問題。此問題十分困擾，急問醫生我應該去看哪一科（會否和神經系統有關？）和做甚麼檢查。感謝。
