包皮损左

病患者男 - 33歲

本人有包皮过长，早幾日包皮好癢同紅，當天清潔用水清洗(清洗時有用手去輕輕處理癢的部位)，再搽左dhydrocortisone膏，跟住第日開始有紅色一圈，現在還脫皮只見到深紅色一圈噶傷口(沒有異味沒有流隆有少少滲水)，請問醫生這是性病？對上一次出去玩係3年前
