龜頭尿道口發紅

醫生你好，事緣我洗澡用沐浴露清潔包皮和龜頭後，（平時只用清水洗)，當晚就包皮紅腫和痕癢，之後我都只用清水洗，隔2天後已回復自然，沒有紅腫和痕癢，但第4天就變了龜頭尿道口發紅，和間唔中輕微灼痛感和痕癢，我想問這情況是龜頭發炎嗎？
