腦垂體瘤，月經失調？

病患者女 - 35歲

為何m前幾天會有啡色分泌或血絲？會持續幾日才正常來月經，然後7日完結也是有血絲或啡色分泌大概到第十日才變回正常分泌，想知我仲可以做咩檢查？我已做抹片同種菌，仲有陰道超聲波檢查，報告都正常，我本身有腦垂體腺瘤3mm,腦醫生又話咁細唔關事，無影響，到底有無關係？
