包皮長了像油脂粒物體

病患者男 - 34歲

於2個月前包皮前近龜頭有粒好似油脂粒物體(2mm大)，初時以為係福代斯斑點，但近2日開始發紅，像暗瘡發炎。請問是什麼問題?感謝
