膝關節痛

病患者男 - 36歲

醫生，我想問下，我右腳膝頭內側，上星期搬完屋之後,上落樓梯都會痛！貼了1星期中药已消痛.
但每次右腳膝頭內側,伸直後再屈曲都會發出骨嘅磨擦咭咗一吓感覺，上落樓梯時膝蓋一屈都有骨磨擦咭的啲感覺，但完全沒痛，也屈到右腳膝頭。請問係咩原因？膝頭骨每次磨擦咭聲音感覺會不會引致退化關節炎？
