膝關節痛

病患者男 - 36歲

陳醫生，我想問下，我右腳膝頭，上星期搬完屋，之後上落樓梯都會痛！到最近這星期沒有痛，但每次伸直後再屈曲都會發出骨嘅磨擦咭聲音，上落樓梯時都有骨磨擦咭的啲感覺，請問係咩原因？
