大腿內側

大腿內側陰部旁生咗粒野，起初都痛，同紅，
但而架就冇痛冇紅，但黑黑灰灰色咁，但仲有粒野，
咁應該點做？我仲有塗抗生素消炎藥膏，但粒野冇大冇細，坐係到摸就林既，企係到摸就 凸，咁姐係點？要唔要做手術割架？
