椎間盤突出

葉醫生你好，本人今年5月開始腳有麻痹，到8月底腳痛到落床都唔敢掂地每日食幾次止痛藥，9月底去照MRI 2/3/4/5節移位收窄，做了好幾次中醫正骨針灸腳部依然麻痹，中醫話我是舊患，因我20年前做過椎間盤移位手術，中醫話覆發，請問彭醫生我是否應該要再做一次手術？請問是否有微創手術？請問大約手術費幾多錢？
