勃起不全

病患者男 - 34歲

自我九月發生胞皮血管性水腫和發燒，和陰莖根部會痛，事發前一晚有進行兩次手淫，到九月中就消了腫，但是我不知為什麼充不了血，不能勃起，請問估計是什麼原因？
