避孕針

醫生你好！
我今個月9號第一次打一個月嗰種避孕針，25號有發生性行為，其間安全套甩左係陰道，卡住左。想問避孕針會有功效避孕？定下個月先有？因為打嗰時醫生有話第二針先有效。
