子宮內膜組織檢查

病患者女 - 53歲

1. 請問未生育過的女士進行抽取子宮內膜組織檢查時，是否需要全身麻醉進行？
2. 停經12個月後再次出現2次經期，一次流量正常，而另一次則為小量，至今3個月再沒有出現經期。超聲波顯示子宮內膜厚度由5.1mm增至7mm, 請問是否需要抽取內膜組織檢查？
