後頸到胯頭到背部兩側痛

我最近經常出現後頸到胯頭到背部兩側既痛症, 之前好似係訓婑頸...但呢兩日訓唔到係痛得好嚴重...今日開始連帶有頭痛同埋左眼球同左太陽穴位好痛...我想問問係唔係應該睇脊醫呢? 因為我頸至背部都好痛....
