CA125指數高

病患者女 - 50歲

本人於9月體檢時發現有關CA125指數是43.9，同時也做了盆腔超聲波掃瞄有以下發現
1) 有2個子宮肌瘤
2）子宫内膜未增厚
3) 两个卵巢均正常
4) 骨盆無附件包塊或異常游離液
5) 膀胱看起來正常
請問下一步應該點做。
