遲了來經8天

病患者女 - 36歲

本人經期一般相隔32天 5天左右經期，8月16日為上次來經日，於9月5日有行房，到現在9月24日還沒有來經，已於9月21日日期及9月22日早晨驗孕（晨尿），證實沒有懷孕！需要睇醫生嗎？如需要，那會做那些檢查！會否有可能懷孕但驗不出來？
