尿道和陰莖痛

病患者男 - 20歲

醫生，我真係好困擾，我近日尿完後突然漏咗幾滴尿出嚟，好似未屙青，之後即刻尿道痛，而且係肛門有拉扯痛感好不舒服，蛋蛋沒有脹，㩒過下唔痛，有下墜。有時好似有野係尿道唔走咁，真係好辛苦
