朱古力瘤手術後服用荷爾蒙藥

病患者女 - 24歲

於7月尾的時候做過切除朱古力瘤手術 (微創), 8月中開始有食荷爾蒙藥, 之後經期是8月24日, 經期維持大概10日左右, 最後3,4 天都是啡色分泌物, 在9月8,9日有過性行為, 之後開始有流淺粉紅色的血, 直到現在每天都有啡色分泌物. 請問這是服用荷爾蒙藥的副作用嗎?需要再到診所做檢查嗎? 非常擔心!!!
