排卵期已過想知咩問題

病患者女 - 40歲

最近經期31/8/2020，4/9/2020完，6/9/2020有性行為，7/9/2020小便抺後見有少量血，之後直到（中間有兩三天是沒有任何血）今天仍都仍有不正常出血，但內褲上沒有，多數都係去完小便，終巾上有一點，有時小便後就向廁所見到一點，但抺又無，排排卵期已過，所以想知咩問題，謝謝
