是小產嗎？

病患者女 - 40歲

9號驗到有孕，10號照超聲波只有胎囊？無胎芽，當時醫生說應有5週大，11號晚開始流啡，13號陰道內抹出粉紅色分泌物，14號開始流出紅色血，已流了三天，但量不多，是否已小產了？
