有關ANA指數

病患者女 - 26歲

我ANA指數1::640，
冇乜徵狀，係d皮膚多左濕疹，
想問係咪一定要睇風濕科？
我抽左anti ENA，Anti dna，ESR ,CRP,C3,C4，
全部都正常。風濕科仲會抽d咩驗？
另外想問ana高如果想有bb會唔會有問題？
