想生育但有子宮肌瘤

快37歲了，我有兩粒大嘅子宮肌瘤，其中一粒8 cm, 雖然醫生說肌瘤位置不影響生育，但小產了，所以想先清除肌瘤再懷孕。但幾個醫生都話要開大刀，無人提過微創。想請問咁大粒係咪有冇得做微創？做完仲有冇得生bb?
