陰莖有腫脹物

病患者男 - 22歲

早前陰莖部分有一點很少的黑黑小痘痘，但不痛不癢，但在今天發現黑黑小痘痘的位置長出了腫脹凸起物，好像暗瘡一樣，按壓會有輕微疼痛感，但不碰到不會痛。請問是什麼情況嗎?不去就醫會自己康復嗎?
