排便問題

醫生你好
最近排便有時會前後段不同色
就算是同一根大便也會有前段是深啡色後段卻是黃色的情況
大約在2月中照過一次腸鏡以及胃鏡除了有一顆大腸息肉和少許胃炎以外沒有什麼問題
所以想問一下醫生這種情況會不會是什麼病徵又或者說會不會和肝膽或胰臟有關係?
